While I talk as "we" on this page as if we are a group, but Gluten Free - U.A.E was infact founded by just one person, and that person was me :) I often say "we" because things have purposely been set up in such a way that everyone who wants to can get as much or as little involved as they please. We use facebook so that questions can be answered by anyone, we use it to advertise our cause and to get peoples attention. The more attention we get the more things can and ultimately will change!
Gluten Free - U.A.E is not a one man (woman) show, anyone wishing to get involved should contact me, there is enough work for everyone and then some! To answer the question, we are who you want us to be, a support group, an information source, a shoulder to lean on and a restaurant directory, the more people who join us, the more things we can be, and the more people we can help.
